Manager– Procurement Services

As Procurement Services Manager, you will play a key role within Revolve, with responsibility for managing and mentoring a small team covering all aspects of procurement and stores activities. The company provides a broad range of products and services to both corporate and retail customers, and procurement activities encompass both prototype and off-the-shelf parts for automotive and motorsports projects, and retail sales.

Your key responsibilities will include all aspects of supplier management ensuring that products and services are delivered on time to the required specification and quality, and within budget. You will also be responsible for strategic procurement development, and for identifying and implementing cost down opportunities.

Financial responsibility for all stocks also falls within the remit of this role, as does governance and development of all processes and procedures relating to stock control and procurement activities.

You will be a confident communicator, capable of interacting with and influencing both internal and external customers and suppliers at all levels, ensuring seamless delivery of goods and services throughout the business.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in procurement and stores management, preferably gained within an automotive / engineering environment. You will have a sound understanding of and be experienced in the use of computerised stock control systems, and experience of SAGE 200 would be advantageous. A proven ability to negotiate and create commercial contracts is also key to this role.

Electrical Component and Systems Engineers

Revolve Technologies Ltd has vacancies for electrical engineers to work in our Brentwood facility with a number of challenging programmes and projects.

Current projects include a lightweight low emissions vehicle in collaboration with a major OEM and other significant industry partners and research centres. Revolve has a fast moving and constantly changing portfolio of interesting and often unique projects for both private and commercial clients.

The positions require dynamic, qualified and experienced team members who are self-motivated and able to work unsupervised with good communications skills both written and oral.

The roles encompass design, modification, adaptation and integration with a considerable amount of hands-on-work for component, systems and harnesses for various platforms including marine and military as well as automotive (passenger and commercial). Knowledge and experience of full vehicle/systems test and development procedures will be beneficial.

The roles will also include the selection of components and a certain amount of procurement and production where necessary including BOM’s.

Mechanical/Engineering knowledge an advantage to aid system integration and understanding.

Candidates would ideally have a minimum of HNC/HND in Electrical or Electronic field but experience will be considered.

Proficiency in general office based PC skills and IT systems required to maintain databases etc. as well as experience in electrical workbench packages.

Engine Calibration and Systems Engineers

Knowledge and experience of full vehicle/systems test and development procedures will be beneficial.

Candidates would ideally be degree qualified in either Engineering or Electrical/Electronic field but experience will be considered.
